PM problem

I've been PMed by someone from the DAZ staff but when I preview or try to reply I get a "One or more of the Screen Names submitted were invalid" error. Any idea what to do here?

    Yes, drop a PM to Richard Haseltine giving him the name of the person you are trying to PM and he should be able to sort it out.
