Limbs locked in place during animations

Hello, I'm a relatively new guy to Daz Studios.

So I have the damien figure and I want to make an animation of him walking forward. I got the bad boy outfit and asher hair style. When I try to animate him using the tools already provided his arms are stuck in the t pose and he walks like a stick figure. Any help on how to fix this?

Which tools are you using? Can you work successfully with an unclothed figure?
