    Stop using Connect when there is a DIM install option.  Neither products have user facing files.  You have Products selected so it is showing the product, switch to Files and see what happens.

    Lots of people don't use smart content. Lots of people are using the ultra templates without problems.

    Connect is a nice idea but poorly executed.  Don't use it if you don't have to and file a complaint with tech support, it is the only way this mangles mess may get fixed.

    If you are going to say things like that you really need to explain how it is poorly executed, otherwise the feedback is ineffectual.
