Was wondering if there is a way to make V4 poses work for Genesis?...

I think PoseMaster can do that: http://www.daz3d.com/posemaster-for-daz-studio

I've actually found that most V4 poses work pretty well on Genesis as-is. They typically need some manual adjustments though.
