Problems purchasing?

Anyone else having problems purchasing? when I go to the checkout I cannot choose either my credit card or my paypal to pay for the items in my cart

    Are you sure that you are logged in? Happens sometimes when your login to the store has expired.

    I got a gift card earlier and it took ages to go through Paypal and process the payment. I'm not sure what the issue is.

    No, it's not that, I logged out and logged back in and have the same problem

    I bought an item roughly 3 hours ago, and it worked fine. I used store credit, but it did show the options. Chrome browser.
