When I first clicked on the Victoria 8 ad this morning I beleive it showed tthat with the ProBundle you got the ProBundles for 7,6,5,4 free..

With the StarterBundle for V8 you got the StarterBundles for the older characters for free

And if you bought the V8 figure alone you got the older Victoria figures FREE.

So now I get home and log on and buy the V8 figure but what the heck, the older V figures are no longer offered in the ad and are not in my purchase.. I guess the offer was stopped?

They do that quite often to encourage impulse buying among the regular customers. Personally I bought the Head, Body & Expressions packages while they were on sale to avoid having to dawdle around waiting for the next sale of them.

I just checked with the starter bundles and the V5, V6, and V7 Starter bundles showed up free for me when purchased with the V8 Starter bundle

Ok, it was me and I am crazy.... apparently I should have added tthe FREE content to the shopping cart BEFORE checking out! Just entered a support ticket to see if I can get this fixed or if I have to request a refund and re-purchas V9... One of the main reasons I bought V8 at this time was that I could also get V7, the only Victoria I DON't have at this pointand the chance to get both for one price was irressistable. Normally I would have waited until funds were more stable and a feew more reviews of V8 came out...

OK, Support already repied (FASTEST service I've ever seen!!!) and say the figures will be added to my que within 24-48 hours. Support here is IMPRESSIVE, I haven't been spending a lot of time here these days but I can see that needs toi change!!
