    It was on the page of the Even more celebration, but the link disapperead once I downloaded it.  Did you try the install manager?  It might show up in the upgrade products.  If it is there just simply check the box and the manager should do it for you.

    No guarantee, but I'm guessing a few days to a week or until her sales ad falls off the top of the shop page ;).
