Even More Celebration: 49% or 28%?

I had products from "Even More Celebration" in my cart, and then the price refreshed and I was only getting 28% off, not 49% off.

 

What's going on?

    We're nearing midnight Daz time, so depending on server clocks, things may be loosing their discounts.

    The sale is still there but it looks like some stores have dropped out.
