Iray Advanced Render Settings?

Time for a dumb question.

The release of 4.9.4 has prompted me to do some Spring cleaning and reorganize my library.  There's a folder in the G3 Starter Essentials that houses a file called Iray Advanced Render Settings.  What, exactly, is it for?

It has different Render Settings. They are basically scripts that will set all/some of the render setttings at once (samples, quality, time, things like that).
