Flipmode sale items in "Welcome to the Coven" are not actually on sale

I started to open a trouble ticket, but the forms insist that I provide an application and version to describe a problem with the web site.

Except for the new item, the Flipmode store appears to not be on sale, even though it's listed as being 45% off.

I do this morning.  I checked throughout the evening last night and it was always just normal prices.
