Uninstaller app can't run

I just downloaded Daz3D, but I don't have an up to date enough graphics card to use it. I went to uninstall it and ran into a problem. In my windows Uninstaller the program is not listed. under C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/DAZ3D/DAZ3DIM1/Uninstallers there is an application 'Remove-DAZ3DIM1_Win32'. I tried to run it, but I got the message "This app can't run on your PC: To find a version for your PC, check with the softwre publisher."
Has anyone encountered this problem before, or is there anyone who can help me with it?

Use the Daz Install Manager (DIM). The 3Delight (3DL) render engine will run on almost any machine. While Iray needs an Nvidia graphics card that supports CUDA to perform the best, Iray will run on CPU only. There's really no reasin to uninstall the app because of your hardware.
