Any way to add a color correct or falloff node to an Iray shader?

I am hitting a wall with Iray. It seems you can "turn the dials" on existing Iray shaders, but there doesn't seem (that I can find) to be a way to add a simple falloff or color correct function (node) to an existing shader.

I am so use to doing this in other packages that it seem quite odd that it would be missing from Iray.

Is there any such thing as a node editor for Iray in DS?

Thanks!

I think you are looking for the Shader Mixer.

Shader Mixer has nodes for 3Delight, Iray, or both, but the Iray nodes are very different from the 3DL ones, and I'm not certain exactly how to acieve those particular effects in Iray.

The good news, however, is that Iray Uber (the DS default Iray shader) translates directly into ShaderMixer, creating customized shader trees based on the user's selected parameters in the Surfaces tab.

Thanks for the info. I will look for a tutorial on that.
