Please go to your Product Library and download and install PostgreSQL CMS.

Nothing to worry about. I used to get the same error message whenever I launched DAZ. The reason why this happens is because you install DAZ through DIM (DAZ Install Manager) and not manually. Just uninstall DAZ and install it manually, without DIM.

There are advantages to using DIM or Connect.  It would be just as easy to install Postgre.
