Refined Rigging Tutorial - help please

I've just downloaded the refined Rigging Tutorial, but I don't know how to get the HD videos to work.

I have 4 files - z01 to z04 plus one zip file which contains the mp4 video.

Appreciate any help to get these working.

Sounds like it is a multi-part zip.  If you use 7-zip and unzip the first zip, it should extract all the parts (as long as they are in the same folder) automatically into one product.

I've tried that but that doesn't work. Just unzips first zip file.

Did you try it on the lowest #d .z file?

We have the 1-part low-rez video and 4 of the 5 parts of the multi-part zip. I've had a ticket open on this from the first week the product went live and we're still missing the last part of the multi-part zip. And without it, the other 4 parts are useless. I don't understand what the problem is in getting all 5 parts available.

As do I.  I wrote them the other day asking about what's going on with the missing .Z01 file.... they are still working on it... I mean how long does it take to contact the published artist and get the file reuploaded to their server?  Ridiculous and annoying!
