I just got a pro bundle for free from the Exclusive March Madness orange banner thingy. I'm thinking this is a mistake. First it lets me pick any Pro 7 Bundle for free? That's like $134. And it said it missed me during the March Madness, but I did make a purchase during the sales. And I get 80% off if I pick a second one. Sooooo...I'm thinking this is a glitch. So if DAZ needs to take it back, I get it.

DAZ Reps have said any mistakes made by the store are okay to keep so I wouldn't sweat it. Pro bundles are fairly often quite cheap. Congratulations on your deal though.
I just want to make sure it's legit before going ahead and choose the second one for 80% discount. But I'll wait before downloading them, just in case.
I don't think they make mistakes with the orange banners. The deal should be good and you can safely download your bonus! :)

It sounds like it's only for those people who were supposed to get the March Madness Bonus Banner but didn't. "it said it missed me during the March Madness, but I did make a purchase during the sales."
So it's likely that if you have had the green banner up top then it's likely you're not going to get this orange banner deal. It sounds like a "oops, you missed out on these March Madness Banner deals, here's our apology".
Agreed. I don't think the rest of us have got room for another banner! :)
They're welcome to keep my green banner for the rest of march madness if I could get a pro pack for free and a second at 80% oft

Free pro bundle + 80% off the second sounds more like "march madness" to me lol. This is my 1st MM and so far I havent seen any madness

That sounds like a better banner than the ones we got.
This 'giving people sales incentives they don't know are there' thing makes me laugh, but Daz have been doing it for long enough now to make me wonder if there's something in it and whether it's worth trying at home. Picture the children round the dinner table..
Mother to Child Number 1: 'Here's a nice slice of cream cake for you. If you eat it, you can get eighty per cent of another one!'
Child Number 2: 'Where's mine?'
Mother: 'You're not getting one.'
Child Number 2: 'Why?'
Mother: 'You're getting the chance to eat this wrinkly orange that's been in the fruit bowl for weeks under the fresher stuff.'
Child Number 2: 'That's madness! Why?'
Mother: 'Because Child Number 1 doesn't eat his greens, and you've been eating yours all week. But hurry, you won't be able to get this old and wrinkly orange this easily forever!'

After find cute orange banner, I sort and serch "highest price item", then found and throw Pro commercial licence to my cart, yes, cart discribe it as FREE still, (I know it is bad joke, but who may lost chance, if daz say,, we offer licnece as free?)
afer a few click,, the Pro licence (though I may never use such licence, I have no plan to develop game etc,,)are recorded as one of product list in my product library, which I have purchased from DAZ.
but there seems no way to download it,, and the licence product page say,, all discount are excluded,,
after all I feel, if I lost chance to get item as free. because, I can not change item as free any more.

You can't download a license. It's not a prop. You prove you have it by having an order number for it.
(though I say,, the orange banner not discribe, license will be extruded from free, if I really hope to keep it)
That button only takes you to the product library, and it's not an actual download.

That I can only assume, so I can't tell you anything specific. I have both the indie and the pro license (Daz was giving away the pro license for free at other times, too; the indie license I actually paid for), but I'm yet to use either of them... :)
Well then thank you so much DAZ! This was a nice surprise and incentive to buy. But I didn't realize this could be a sour spot for others so I'm just going say thanks and leave it at that.
No sourness here. Like I said, Daz's idea of sales incentives that buyers, potential or otherwise, are given no clue about amuses me a bit. Have fun rendering! :)

but hope to tell others, there is opotunity, you can throw license to the cart by this private sale.but after that you may lost chance to get another item, and I can not confrim daz offer license or not .
I regret myself , I tried it as kind of joke.
But if License will be extruded from this limited sales, hope daz not include License in sales item from the banner link. when items offered as free, I usually sort by price first
(I thought real price may return about license, in the step of procedure. but it went as usuall, and finish)
Well it is March Madness after all
Nothing takes my fancy today. I'm in danger of losing my BB status. A G3M Pro Bundle would be nice but even at 50% or 60% off, still out of my range so I'll stick with G2M until G3M starts to attract the silly discounts.
Well, I actually got a banner... Most of the time the sales and special offers other people post are not offered to the likes of me... But because of this one, I got a wish list item I will now buy other stuff for... So the special offer worked as intended for DAZ and I got something I was waiting for... Win-win...

I have to admit when I noticed the orange banner last night, I must of read it like six or fifteen times going "Hu?... Naa... Where's the "with purchase of 5 Goodyear TX plus 70,000 mile all season tires and 1 new release"... Naaa... Cooool... Naaa... Can't be... Maybe... Hmmm..."

Gee the only orange banner I got was a 30% off the new Seraphim Wings products (wings & expansion) because I have feathered wings for all :( The one in this thread is one I would actually use.
See now, I think this is the same banner I did get. It was the one before this free runtime item or 90% off runtime.
And I think I did the same thing- pushed them all to sort by high and the bundles would enter the cart but then refresh to a high cost.
Someone post an image of the banner. I'm going to start saving all these banner images now.....

On your account page in the "Messages" section, there is a selection for "Offers" (or something like that)... There you can see offer messages you have received, but may have closed out accidentally... In the few times I've gotten offers, I've accidentally closed them twice because I was viewing on an iPad and my hammy sausage finger was too close to the top... But I found them there.
