Kitbash Question

So, someone drew this SENSATIONAL picture of my favorite Daz character, and...

 

I was wondering if y'all had any ideas on how I could kit-bash together this? She's on the Genesis 3 Female, so the big starting point is obviously finding a dress that's really close to this one. This is a challenge because I don't want anything that's sexy - just a dress of that fashion, and maybe I can put a scarf over it, and then edit the textures to match that color scheme! Any ideas that come to mind for the dress?

One that comes to mind is the Fantasy Morphing Dress for Genesis 3. You'll need to do some manually editing of the texture sets to get something closer to that drawing though.
