Duplicate Formulas Error

How do I fix this? It only happens with genesis 3 female so far, haven't tried the genesis 3 male yet.

  • That may indicate an installation issue, but usually it's down to a content error. If you check the log file (Help>Troubleshooting>View Log) and search back from the end for Duplicate you should find a fuller version of the warning(s) with the name of the offending file(s).

I'm confused with the log file but I read something about lgb srb? Something like that. I uninstalled the Genesis 3 starter pack etc and updated the daz since the dim showed that there's an update and that only made it worst. When I try to render in nvidia mode, it just prepres the scene, it's not showing the iray render anymore. I've deleted everything and will just reinstall everything. This is quite shocking seein how Daz can snap at anytime. By the way do you think it's because of the skin merchant resource that I've installed manually? I mean I think skin merchant resources shouldn't be installed in my Daz 3D Library right? Or is it because of Monique HD. I'm not entirely sure.

  • Skin sets would not be at all likely to cause this. Duplicate Formulae is usually from a morph.

No iray renders in 4.9.3.166 probably means you need to update your nVidia drivers if it was working before  -this version of Iray has a later minimum version (372.x I think).

Is the beta already released? Why did dim suddenly included it in the updates? I don't want to get that version yet. Also what do you mean exactly by morphs? In having a hard time understanding the log files.

  • Just open the log, search from the end (so you start with the most recent messages) for duplicate, and paste any you find for the last session here (copy from the date stamp down to just before the next datestamp to make sure you get the whole thing).
