Full size patch render?

Is there a way to get a full size patch render in DAZ Studio? Sometimes I just need to correct and re-render just one small area and don't want to take the time to render the whole thing again. thanks.

Yes, select the Spot Render tool (looks like a camera). Then go to the Tool Settings pane and select New Window. Then do your render.
