She really is gone?  Oh no!  Not another one in 2016. Three or four more days left in this year.

It made me realize why haven't flights EMS and such equipment on board for flights? It nothing else they may have been able to treat medical emergencies on flights so that the suffer's pain is lessoned. I hope Carrie didn't suffer though.

    Greetings,

My wife and I had a scheduled date to see Rogue One yesterday, and...well, I'd avoided spoilers, so if you've seen it, you can imagine the moment my wife and I turned to each other and started crying simultaneously.  (Of several tear-jerkers in the movie, fwiw, that one wasn't intended to be...but...given the context of the day...)

Sadly, Debbie Reynolds - Carrie Fisher's mother, collapsed and died today as well from a stroke. Too much for one family.

I don't think I'll ever agree with the people who still claim it's been an 'average' year for this kind of thing now. A well-known mother and daughter, within a matter of hours of each other? That poor family. RIP.
