    If you can download from your Product Library page just pop the zip(s) in the DIM Downloads folder and run DIM in offline mode to isntall.

    Well, I can now log in to DIM; BUT the products I purchased in my order last night are NOT showing up as available for download. Grrr !!! angry

    I'm not going to buy anything more until I can get the products I already bought!

    Are they showing in your Product Library, on your account pages?

    Everything working here in Illinois, and all products showing up.

    Slightly OT: There was a major fiber cut here near Chicago. That made work fun today in IT land.

    Yes. When they weren't showing up in DIM they were still showing in my Product Library. But as noted I have now got them to show up in DIM. What I did as a test was "purchase" a free item I hadn't previously purchased. Then all the other items showed up too.
