Saving lock settings?

I seem to recall that Properties Presets can save whether something is "locked" or not, but I can't find anything on locks when I dig down into the save menu. Anybody know how I can save just the lock settings on a figure or object?

I was wrong, properties presets don't save lock settings. So it isn't even possible to hack a preset to modify only lock settings.
