how to edit a simple aniblock in the Puppeteer tab

(please see video) I am trying to get V4 to move her head to the right as she walks but I don't really understand how to do it with the puppeteer tab (if this is indeed the right thing to use) when I record it, I can't seem to stop it recording. I am not sure what I am doing here. How can I just make a small edit such as make her head turn right as she carries on walking in the aniblock? thx.
