Creating and Saving Animation as a Video file

Having done animation in Poser many years back, I've created a simple animation line of a V4 figure dancing. I tried to export it as an MDD file but it wouldn't work since AniMate Lite is in use in Daz 4.9 Pro. The file is saved as a regular scene file (TG the animation is intact), but I really want to export it as a video file (how???) and add music to it in Adobe Animate.
