Download issues

Purchased Daz Studio today, clicked Download (remain 4) nothing happens, clicked Download, (remaining 3) now I have 2 downloads remaining and NOTHING is being downloaded... attempted to download Help Doc... message this file cannot be downloaded... Oh well, lucky it was free...
Ps. Impossible to Submit a ticket as well...

    Can we have a little more information.

    Are you using a Mac or a PC and what OS are you using. Also which Browser do you use.

    Can you show a screen shot of your "Your Downloadable Products" screen so we can see which files you have there.

    and don't worry about running out of downloads, you can always reset it in your Intemised Order History section of your Account page.
