I asume it is just me then my antivirus seems over zealous.
I'm also having problems and also have Kaspersky - getting a trojan error and it refuses to let me check out :( -Cathy
Kapersky is notoriously paranoid and throws up many false positives.
Same thing happening to me today. I've had Kaspersky for years, have been coming to Daz for a couple years, and today is the first time this has happened. I've tried repeatedly, closing the browser and coming back, and I keep getting the same results. When I hit the green "Proceed to checkout" button, my browser returns this in a small box:

This is exactly what happens to be i cant check out of daz at all says it has( Heur: Trojan Script.Generic) but no advice how to fix this. same warning as cg weeks.If anyone can help I would appreciate it!
Replace Kapersky with a less paranoid AV program? Talk to Kapersky on their forums (if they have forums) and ask that they can do something to stop their heuristic analysis from blocking perfectly clean and uncorrupted downloads?.
I'm kinda fine with having a "paranoid AV program," given that's their job.
Why the assumption that Kaspersky is somehow defective in this case? May be, may not be. I've used Kaspersky for years, as I said previously, and I've spent thousands of $$$ purchasing from Daz Studio over the last couple years, and this has never been an issue before. Including a purchase made yesterday. And a purchase made the day before that. And a purchase made a day before that day. So I'm curious what has changed overnight, and I'm not prepared to throw Kaspersky out the window just yet.
Thanks Chohole I know what you mean I have only had Kapersky a few months it has stopped me using tesco and my own art gallery in deviant .Thanks for the advise.
I changed to Avast, which is sometimes paranoid, but does give you ways and means of dealing with it's paranoia if you are 100% certain that files are fine. I don't use Tesco anyway, I am a Sainsbury or Ocado type person
. Not because I am well off, cos I am not by any means, but I do tend to be one who prefers quality rather than quantity, but it must be very frustrating to not be ablye to shop at your grocery shop of choice.
I haven't used Kapersky in years, so I'm not sure of all the options...but if there is a way to turn off web monitoring/filtering, try that, too.
Is everyone with this issue using Firefox? I suspect 49.0.2 (released a few days ago) isn't playing nice with Kaspersky. Maybe Kaspersky need to update their Firefox plugin.

That could be...but I can't check...Linux, so not using Kaspersky.
I am having this issue and am also using Firefox - I don't want to give up Kaspersky, I've had bad luck with Avast before, uninstalling it was a real nightmare :/ I guess I can switch to Internet Explorer when I want to make purchases from Daz if you are sure there's not really a trojan virus on the store page... -Cathy
I am using Google chrome windows 8 ,I disabled Kapersky to use checkout.
I have the same problem today ..using Kaspersky and Firefox. But I can do checkout in Chrome.... I hope Kaspersky will fix this soon.... and now I have to clear the ticket I wrote..... :/
I cannot checkout in Chrome either unless I disable Kapersky.
Why are you not just switching off the heuristic option in the Kaspersky Settings?
In the Web-Anti-Virus settings, click on the "Additional Settings" (no idea how it's called in other languages, in German it's "Erweiterte Einstellungen".
In the new setting list that opens, at the bottom should be an option to use or not use heuristic analysis. If you uncheck the box, it should be fine (might need a reestart, though, not sure about that).
You could also add the checkout page to the exceptions.
EDIT: Of course, that should just be a temporary measure, and the DAZzlers should quickly contact Kaspersky and have the Checkout-Page script looked at, and added to the "I'm safe" list. Something similar happened to Hivewire&Kaspersky a while ago, and they had to contact Kaspersky to get people to be able to access the page again. So the main question is, has this already been reported to DAZ customer support, and if yes, are they acting, or just ignore the problem?
Heuristic analysis unticked doesnt help but adding the url to safe did allow it to go through. I think it happens if you purchase platinum club as theres a scriptlet that sets up an annual payment for pc + which sets itself up
Thanks BeeMKay unticking the settings and adding to safe does not work,and platimun club items do not make a difference .I sent in a report to daz about it to see if they can resolve it,I am missing out on some nice bargins.
I ultimately completed a purchase today by opening up my Kindle tablet and completing the purchase that way. It's annoying to have to do this.
I updated on Kaspersky Internet Security 2017. Now it seams to work again without problems ;)
Hi people,Daz answered my query about this,there is no malware,the fault is with Kapersky.Add daz to your trusted list to check out,hope this helps someone.
Ok... Kaspersky 2017 was not a solution for long... now I have put the site on the safe list.... :/
