can't even play with daz. shame on this "need to connect" thing to launch daz!!
Wow. I had no idea there was no workaround for DAZ connect if DAZ goes down. I still can't get DIM to connect, but at least I've kept DS set up so that it always asks me if I want to work online.
Suggested to add a SERVER STATUS to the website, at least we know if it's the server side problems or client side problems.
DS and account login works fine here, oh wait, I don't use connect or DIM, LOL (JK couldn't resist)
None of the product images are showing up in the store for me either. Just showing white space or faded out placeholders. If I click on them it goes to a 404 not found page for all products I click on.
I've tweeted them and sent a ticket...this is really bad customer service, not to even let us know what's going on....grrr
Same here. I STILL can't login in DIM or connect so I can't get my purchases from yesterday. Grrr!!!
I can't get into my Wishlist now (says Daz isn't redirecting properly), and half the images on the Fast Grab page are blank... yuk...

Download Manager can't get in (I have about 70 installs waiting)
Daz3d 4.9 pro can't connect to my account.
I'll just have to work on another project with the ample assets I already have. :P
On my desktop, I kept getting an Nginx Administration page when I tried to get on the site. I've also tried logging into my DIM account, but waiting caused my computer to freeze, so I had to do a hard reset.
On my laptop, I can't access my account on the site, and I haven't tried DIM because I have nothing to download.
There's nothing on the Facebook page about the problems.
At least I kept 4.8. That's the only good thing I can get out of all of this
lucky I've got my studio setup so can choose offline mode as well but the website went down for awhile too actually entire internet been playing up stalling every site visited been slow thought reached my monthly limit but no, did have a bunch of updates from windows 10 to google could these have any relation to our log in problems and site being down? even posting on here in a few sections today/night few times been glitchy I've hit post comment on this I'm writing few times and not posting I'll just keep hitting it

Unlikely given that I'm running Win 7 Ultimate and firefox, and no other site has been affected.
Sorry about that folks, looks like an upgrade to newer versions of some of the server software for security reasons had some subtle changes that lead to some instability over here.
Should be all fixed up, thank you for your understanding.
Even the forum pages are not showing up properly at times. Cloudflare reports that the site is not reachable at times. Since most of the issues are intermittent and connectivity related, I am guessing it could be a bad router or switch at their datacenter or worse, their datacenter is dealing with a DDOS attack.
DIM back up and downloads resumed... cheers
Manual downlads are still working fine. A little slow. But i was able to download 6 new products manually with no problem.. Dim.. wouldnt sign in at all, I keep gettibng server fail errors , I don't use daz connect so I don;t care if that works or not...lol
I think I found one of those bugs on my kitchen counter this morning.
Killed it with fire.

I'm getting super slow downloads in DIM of a few KB/s
DIM still not logging in, still complaining about account or password. Tried ctrl shift R, didn't help.
I had to force close, launch DAZ again, and choose work offline.
Again, DIM can't login. Also, I can't log in my account page.
So, I can't get items I bought yesterday.
The site has been up and down all day so you may be experiencing some issues with DIM.
Site is certainly more secure, we can no longer use it at all.

Everything is NOT fixed up though- far from it. Site is like a yo-yo, up and down. Forum pages, getting into account, not getting into DIM- it's a mess. And doing server changes of any kind when you're in the middle of a huge once a year sale- That couldn't wait a week?
I get this message. "Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect."
Can't access my cart which has items I put in this morning. I assume that if turns back into a pumpkin at midnight.
SOLVED. The secret for me was, you click the button and wait - and wait - and wait - about 45 seconds. Then it fails. Then you reload the page and do the same thing again. After a minute ot two, it loads. Then you do the same thing for the next button...
Gotta love that DRM baby! My Daz 4.8 boots up just fine. This is why your customers object to DRM principles Daz.
But I'm having major issues here trying to put stuff in my cart and check out. The sale better be extended if people can't get the deals because the site's screwy. I'm trying to buy LineRender9000 and get freebie character add on. The site is barely functional at all. Even trying to write this post the forum page has crashed on my a couple of times!
