Bryce won't start. =(

Hi,
I just replaced my mainboard, and had to re-load Windows (7).
When I re-installed  Bryce 7.1, I get this error:
"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail"
BTW, could not find an event log.
I've never had this problem before.
