Thanks for the late notice there DAZ. I already bought the items required. But the discount only applies when you buy... which didn't exist at the time.

Maybe purchase whatever you would have purchased and then submit a ticket asking for the 20% refunded? They should honor that, since your purchase was made within a reasonable timeframe (shortly before the discount was offered?)

Based on my prior experience with Support, it's often easier (if you've got the money) to buy all those items again with the discount, and get the entire earlier order refunded (don't forget to specify the refund is to go to your credit card). Otherwise, you risk falling afoul of Support's occasionally-inconsistent version of maths.

If you bought Rune or Julie, you get 20% off DAZ originals if you buy an item from the "Next Level" new releases. I had already bought several items from "Next Level" before the 20% discount was made available.
