No matter the details come from (muscles, bones, tendon, vasculature, etc.), they'll be shown by morphs and textures that can enhance them. Yes, that's the case as you mentioned, HD morphs could be only made by PAs with a MultiResolution plugin, which can export and import the figure with High Resolution level. Users can only use Base Resolution Level. All other so-called 'HD morphs' make by some users are all fake and have various problems. So normally users just buy some packages with HD morphs.
But it doesn't mean you cannot create such morphs by yourself with Base Resolution, as long as you can use some tricks, eg.g a bit heavier sculpting + careful smoothing and refinement, as what I just roughly did in SS down below....
I was afraid of that... I'm not the best at sculpting. I guess this is another reason why I should get better. Are you aware of any published products labelled as "merchant resources" that include these sort of morphs?
AFAIK, nope... I haven't seen any other 'big morph package' products (more than 200 partial body morphs) in which there're similar HD morphs you mentioned, and is marked as 'merchant resources' at the same time, except for some products from Zev0 and bitwelder.
BTW, in general, 'merchant resource' means that you can use the product to create your own resources (shapes, morphs, textures, etc.) for commercial purpose. If you only use products for buiding your scenes and rendering, you don't need any merchant resources, as Richard mentioned.
That is, for creating new productas that will be sold = or more rarely given away - as content. If you are selling only the final image then the basic license will cover you, with a few specific exceptions (the old Anne Marie Goddard Digitial Clone for Victoria 3, for example).
Right ~~ Fortunately what were before V4 are not in 'my world'
How to use Mirror in Morp Loader?Mirroring options are built on the symmetry of an object, three options for each axis: 1 Swap + 2 ways replication. Swap just means exchange: L > R and R > L.
Although human being's body is not 100% symmetrical in the real world, Genesis figure in Daz is symmetrical on midsagittal plane, i.e. X axis. So if you wanna use Mirroring function on Genesis (as well as Vx), you can only use the options of 'X axis'.
As for your case, let's take G9 'Thighs Side-Side' as an example, after you fixed and updated the cbs 'body_cbs_thigh_z90p_l' on Left Thigh, you wanna use the fixed morph to update 'body_cbs_thigh_z90n_r' on Right Thigh, two ways as below:
- Use replicate: keep G9's current pose (Left Thigh Side-Side 90), dial Right Thigh Side-Side to -90, import the fixed morph 'body_cbs_thigh_z90p_l' with Morph Loader Pro, change Name to 'body_cbs_thigh_z90n_r', Reverse + Delta, choose 'X : + to - (Left to Right)' from Morph Mirroring dropdown list
- Use swap: reset G9's pose (Left Thigh Side-Side to 0), dial Right Thigh Side-Side to -90, use the step above but choose 'X: Swap'PS: Mirroring could be also used on fixing fbm/bs, pjcm/cbs, etc on a Wearable, as long as the Wearable is fully symmetrical on X. Well, sometimes if you use Symmetry in Blender to fix both sides but just wanna update one side, better use Attenuate in Morph Loader Pro rather than Mirroring.

Fit Control Genesis 9 Male & Female Edition (Commercial)Did some testing with all the exact same values as you pictured, and I experienced the exact same thing no matter the "Upper Body" garment I chose, including "XF Oversized Bra", so it's not the garment. I started to remove morphs to test like you did and started at the bottom of the list of the included Youth Morphs, so pretty quickly came to the conclusion that you can have any two of the "GU Youth Breast" morphs active at once, but as soon as all three have a value, it locks up when you run Projection Morph Manager... Not sure if it'd be possible to debug and fix, but at least it's only one morph you might have to lose from your mix (and at least you have a choice as to which one to lose)...Genesis 9 to 8 Convertersmarcicollins395 said:

Anyone know anyone else who might be able to make some converters? RiverSoft is the main one, but whoelse makes cconverters?
Here's a converter that will help with G9 clothing! https://www.daz3d.com/figure-converter-for-genesis-9

Doesn't that just convert figures to Genesis 9? I'm more hoping for something that converts from Genesis 9 to Genesis 8
Yep! just pointing out that it might be easier to just transfer your character to G8 so that the G9 clothing works as intended.

Ah, thanks. Good to know and btw, thanks for Projection Morph Manager. I've relied heavily on it to get something like the functionality of Fit Control for my G9 clothes which are mostly very disappointing when it comes to included morphs. I've really even more used G8/8.1 clothing that I applied Fit Control to and then converted for G9. All your tools are a huge part of my quality of life inside DS and it's very appreciated!!
You're welcome.

And the sooner the better! For some reason, Projection Morph Manager is going into a death spiral on G9 right now. Rebooted machine, run it again, just the constant hourglass forever, stating it is "Checking out the projection morph structure"... and stuck at 0% forever. Any clues?
Ok, so update on the above issue. I spent a couple of hours this evening stripping the problemmatic character back to basics - deleted hair, geografts and then gradually, one set at a time, zeroing out the morph parameters. The set that made the difference - the only set - was Zev0s "Growing Up for Genesis 9". Zeroing these out and things started to work - the Porjection Manager ran just fine. Just as a final check, I loaded the original character with the problemmatic clothing, and zeroed out just one parameter: the Growing Up parameter "GU Youth Base Morph". Dialling it in again and re-running the projection morph manager caused it to fail once again, hanging Daz Studio exactly as before. Is this a known problem? Or unique to me for some reason?
Ok, trying to attempt to make this a repeatable problem for testing purposes. Load G9 base figure (not the developer variant). Select Base Feminine morph parameter to 100%. Set Growing Up morph parameters as shown in attachment. Load clothing item - xtrart DForce X-Fashion Oversize Jogger/XF Oversize Bra. Select Oversize Bra. Run Projection Morph Manager. It hangs Daz Studio requiring a forced quit. I'm running the latest non-beta Daz Studio on a macos Ventura, running M2 Max processor. I have not yet tried this with other clothing items. Hope this helps diagnose what is happenning here.

I agree with everyone's suggestions and have some additional comments as well.
Native Americans (or any ethnic group) - Don't lump them into one representation, but instead look at the varied tribal nations and do themed sets: morph packs, texture sets. hair, clothings, props, buildings, religion, environments, and weapons. For example, the Tillamook were very different from the Navajo, the Crow, the Aztec, the Cherokee or ... The same could be said for any group in Africa or Asia that got lumped together in an artificial political country construct. Then take the historical representation of those people and do the same for how they live in the world today or maybe in the future, like in Afro Futurism. But always with an eye to a respectful and honest representation.
While I am all for that also, I doubt there enough customers to make having such small, specific niche tribal categories beneficial (financially) to any PA who is interested in making such themed sets unless they are truly passionate about such a project.
Therefore we'll probably get the Sioux-type wear with the large headresses and fringes...lol. I'm ok with that, so long as they look authentic and not too "clean" :P
My post was only to express some of the frustration that I have read from others over one tribal group being selected to represent all the tribal groups across North America when there were so many different ones. Unfortunately to discuss this in detail would take me into conflict with the forum rules and let's don't go there. I just put this out there so a PA could think it about it and possibly consider other tribal groups besides the one regurgitated in media. And if I could add to that, it would be lovely is someone looked at the clothing worn at modern pow wow gathering of the Nations.

Face Transfer Texture LocationDoes anyone have any idea where face transfer gets its textures from BEFORE the swap process. I know afterwards they are in appdata/roaming. Someone asked before a couple years ago but couldn't find anything. I have search and can't figure it out either. How is face transfer pulling textures out of thin air during the process. Thanks everyone.RRRR "Behind the scenes" Render Contest *CLOSED *Hello fellow people out there....
i just discovered the forums a few days ago (i knew they were there, but actually never bothered before).
I figured, that all those challenges around this place are a great way to improve my learning.Though i got not such a crazy item count as some of you, i would like to participate.
To not tempt myself to redraw once it doesnt work out, i decided to post my pull beforehand. Might be a few days until i get it done, but who knows?
The first draw had a texture item that i do not own the item for, the second one had V4+ creature creator morpg loader booster.
Before i started drawing, i decided that i am going to get new randoms once one item would not be usable. Easier than filtering out the unusable draws.
This was my third draw:1570 1533 1422 1254 (screenshot added)

Take the modern Middle East, it seems to be a mixture of modern and ancient all mixed up today. So a blend of old and new buildings, clothing that respects cultural norms and laws, varied technologies, and militaries.
And I vote for real clothing a man or woman or child might have worn in any historical period. I have photos of my great grandparents and grandparents take at the end of the 19th and early 20th centuries and they were covered up, neck to toes. Even a niece, who was a child was in a dress below her knees, wore black stockings and boots. They were standing on the steps of their cabin in the southeast United States in the woods. My grandmother was in a long, gathered skirt, and a long-sleeved blouse with a high neck.
There is one person who posted requesting an American normal, small town in Product Suggestions and that generated a LOT of interest. What is in the DAZ store is pretty old. And not all small towns look alike, SW vs MW vs NE vs SE all have different looks because of different climates. But if a PA could take that on as a series, a normal small town that is modular. And then bits can be used for others sets. Then maybe more normal homes, like Collective 3D did, for the MidWest. Someone else could do this for the somewhere in Europe, South America, Japan (this also was a request, real homes), Australia... or even a future town say a hundred years from now, where water is precious, solar & wind power is harvested, and more of the world lives in green places, not a dystopian hellscape.
