Ok, I was able to use the "GIMME-MORE" coupon now, but not all products can be installed. I bought Aiko 8, Miko 8 and Daisy 8 (no bundle), but only Daisy 8 can be installed. Both Daz Central and DIM don't work, DIM says "download failed!" for Aiko and Miko. Is this connected to the store? Might be worth a ticket...

I've already put in a ticket, but wouldn't mind heraing whether anyone else can think of a legitimate reason to not offer it for manual download.
That's (by now) a wellknown bug, it's not actually available through Central either, but that's what the store defaults to showing if all download methods are missing.

We’re getting closer every day to the full expected site experience, and are able to keep making progress on more specific issues that present. As of 9:30 am, 11/5, the following issues have been noted and fixed:

DIM issues with large accounts should now be fixed. At this point, we have resolved each DIM issue that we are aware of. If you are having an issue with DIM, please submit a Customer Service ticket to let us know about what you’re experiencing.

Gift Card emails have been amended and should send after purchase. Please let Customer Service know if you have not received a Gift Card code you are expecting.

Artist stores are now all linking correctly

Daz Artists/PAs should now have new serial numbers for specific PA building products that require them

DIM is still broken - even after shutting down, rebooting computer restarting DIM, and even trying the "refresh" cycle. I see no "Ready to download" listings at all. I do have a large inventory (32,500+ products) and it takes almost an hour for DIM to parse installed products - is there any way to force an update for the DIM?
Not sure what qualifies as a large account, (I would think 1,000's fit that bill) but both my DIM and DAZ Central do not work still, about 5 days into this. And yes, I have submitted a ticket -- twice...

It's probably like all the other products that have had that "Daz Central only" issue over the past few months - in that there likely isn't an installer at all for it right now as Daz Central uses the same installer as Daz Install Manager.

Where did you hide the download link of DIM?I found a link by going into My Account > Product Library > and then selecting a product. At the very bottom of the product info is a little asterisk with a DIM download link. At least that's what I'm seeing. I thought the DIM download link used to be in the top level of My Account, but only saw DAZ Central there.

Daz central is kinda garbage...Most likely the content paths do not match between Daz Central adn daz Studio, but yes for many experienced users there is no reason to switch from Install Manager to Central.
Daz central is kinda garbage...Ever sense Daz central became the Hip new way to download and install files, NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE...
Even now, i decided "Maybey if i do a full clean install," i still cant get everything(or much of anything) to work... EVERYTHING has files missing or or cant be found...

!! Store Issues - Known Problems - Please Read !!Ok this is what i have learned, I just tested Microsoft Edge Browser, i can access and see the site fully, i also tested out purchasing and using a monthly coupon and all worked fine via Microsoft Edge browser, when i try to use the usualy Internet Explorer the page fails to load fully and the only way i can access my account is through logging into the forums, the little blue icon doesn't do the usual drop down and log in, the page just sits and calculates and never loads products.
This are different using Mircrosoft Edge and i hate this browser, even when i search for product in store now i get just a page or two of whatever i list in search instead of the usual catagory page with the usualy people/ assets , places and so on, i just get a page of random junk that i'm not looking for. The search is crap now and doesn't load all the good content.
Also when using Mircosoft Edge i'm not getting any reciept of purchase sent to my email box and the number in my order list has changed, it also states all my previous orders made are Unknown,, why? is that because i'm using a different browser, its still attached to the same email why isn't it sending me conformation of my purchase.
I can still download my orders via my previously installed manager, i can also install them via central, but Microsoft Edge doesn't sense i already have the manager and won't grab the exe like explorer would to load up the new files, I now have to manually start the install manager to grab the files. Install manager being the only auto installation thats see all your products, central doesn't see everything.
Please fix Explorer as using Mircosoft Edge does suck badly.

I have the same problem. I tried to reinstall the latest version of both programs but the problem appears on and on.
The only way to use IM is to work offline. It's not an ideal solution but the only way it works.

DAZ CENTRAL CRASH WHEN UPDATING !!!Trying to connect to Daz Central and it requires an update, when I click update it crashes after a few seconds.

Daz Central won't 'start' just says LoadingMoved to the Commons as Daz Central iss eparate from Daz Studio (unless you meant Connect?). It is known that some isntallation methods are giving problems for some users, though which and how varies. These are all known issues, though theya ffect people differently - for me DIM will not list download, but Connect (the system isnide Daz Studio) is currently working pretty much as usual.

DIM Not showing new product purchases, or older purchases in downloadI am using latest version of the DIM (as far as I know) 1.4.0.67. Have refreshed, logged in and out. No owned content showing except what I've already installed. Any ideas? Same is true of Daz Central.
