Morph target not imported in Unreal
What morph was it? Or is this happening for all morphs?
Facial Morphs AGAINRichard Haseltine said:
Those are third-party morphs - custom morphs would be loaded through one of the Morph Loader plug-ins or spawned from a dForm using the dForm pane. That makes it very odd that they are not being saved and reloaded correctly. Which version of DS is this - Help>About Daz Studio
It's 4.15.0.2 Pro Edition.
(Released!) Vellus Horizon Shader System USER GUIDE IN COMMENTSHere is my first go at the Hair. I tried to added to G8.1F but ran into issues and need to go look at the trick to adding geoshells to her.
This is the unedited version. If your interested there is a group of 3 in the gallery with 2 other edited images of the same render.
Click for larger (3000x3000) My only complaint about this absolutely awesome product so far is the hair does not go all the way to the lip line. Which I can understand might be impossible to do and I am by no means an expert on vellus hair so not everyone's might not do the same but my own goes all the way to the lip line.
Update: after Those Things pointed out that it should in fact go all the way to the lip line I retesting and do not know why with this character morph it did not.
What is your favorite 3Delight character skin texture.Ninive 6 was one of the last G2F base figures I bought, mostly so I could use the Lady of the Lake skin texture because it was one of those textures based on a specific figure (so glad they don't do that any longer.) Turns out I really like her a lot, both the skin and the morph.
The pale version might be a bit too blue-tinted for albinism? I never thought to try to approximate that skin tone. I should poke around google images and see what I find.
Favorite textures are going to be subjective, but I do have favorites in the ranges from toon to fantasy to realistic and qiute of few PoC textures too. DAZ has gotten much better at diversity these past few years.
SOLVED "Face Transfer" Plugin causes Daz To Crash When I Try to Save the FaceSaw that face transfer was half price so I purchased it. Only problem now is Daz crashes when I try to save the face. The logo is no longer on character's forehead so I assume it's been activated
Essential Products (in your view)I would say that every beginner should start with
growing up- if they plan to use younger characters.
some face morph pack for example from Rarestone or other
Zbrush (some will complain that it is expensive but ... ;) for quick fixing things as it is much better than using Mesh Grabber and SY Clothing Fit Helper Male/Female. sometimes it may be even preferable over other products as you can quickly adjust breast size and form fix poke through or improper bending. and it may be even used for some limited sculpting when you need to modify body shape. what pretty much eliminated the need for many other products.
If I were a newbie I would suggest other products too, like ghost light set and hdri toolkit but all that can be done without any extra product.

Where do the OBJ files come from? The product page says "Other clothes-making tools export out .obj files for every different shape morph". I don't understand what that means. What "Other clothes-making tools" are you referring to?
Blender, hexagon, Maya, any 3D modelling tool out there.
When someone makes for example a pair of trousers for G8F, you need to create Shape morphs, FBM (Full Body Morphs) for all released base shapes for that base figure. The work this script speeds up is when you need to inject the morphs into the pants. This takes hours now when there are almost 20 base shapes out there, with this tool it takes a minute.OK, thanks. I think I understand now.
The Official aweSurface Test Track...and as a fact I've used dForce mostly for things it was not made to do, more like dStroy. Or like here for making an asymmetrical morph;) Oh btw this one did not render in 3m 30sec

I'm new with Daz and I tried Daz to Unreal for export a model with morph target from daz to Unreal. I don't know why in my imported Unreal character I don't see any morph target. I checked the option for morph target and I add in the tab for the morph target export all the morph target available, but not function.
Can you help me?
Thanks.

Leg Bump Issues - Genesis 8 FemaleGenesis 8 has a buggy corrective morph called Flex Quad that distorts the thighs for both male and female. I got sick and tired of zeroing them out all the time, so I renamed the files so they don't get loaded anymore.
\data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Female\Morphs\DAZ 3D\Base Flexions\pJCMFlexQuad_L.dsf

Misaligned Textures Issue when using a product from Cayman StudiosIt's not a problem with the Legacy UVs product, it's due to the textures you used: they don't use G2F UVs as Gia 6 has her own custom UVs.
You can use the Map transfer tool in DS to transform those textures into textures using G2F UVs, and then those will work properly with the Legacy UVs product.

Something to scale down textures likes cene optimizer
and finally Zbrush (some will complain that it is expensive but ... ;) for quick fixing things as it is much better than using Mesh Grabber and SY Clothing Fit Helper. sometimes it may be even preferable over other products as you can quickly adjust breast size and form fix poke through or improper bending. and it may be even used for some limited sculpting when you need to modify body shape. what pretty much eliminated the need for many other products. Without ZBrush it will not be possible to do any more advanced stuff than simple standing poses.
This and ThatForgot to add these images here, so better late than never lol
The two men in the image below is the same morph as the one with the snake above, just different skin color and eyes than him. For skin I used Ravi on them both, and the eyes are from Trance HD for g8.1 male. The twin in the back is genesis 8 male, while the one in the front is genesis 8.1 male.
The Twins
You entered your scoundrel friends apartment with a cheery "What hairbrained scheme do I need to pull your ass out of this time?" only to stand face to face with your friends near identical twin brother, the grin on his face is both amused and dangerously delicious. "It's good to meet someone that knows my brother so well, and is so skilled at pulling him out of trouble so often, so thank you for keeping my paperwork to a managable level" he says and offer you a cigarette which you automatically take. "Well... it's a dirty job but somebody gotta do it you know" you awkwardly reply, remembering all to well that the man in front of you is a well known lawyer. He laughs and glances back at his amused brother before looking at you again "I like you, don't mind too much that I'll keep you" he gives you another dangerous smile before walking further into the apartment to pick up a glas for you, leaving you no choice but to make your way into the apartment, all the while trying to understand what that comment actually meant.
Leg Bump Issues - Genesis 8 FemalePlease don't resize your screen shots, it makes them harder to read (at least for me).
I'm not sure what is happening, but my first thought would be some kind of corerctive morph kicking in when it shouldn't. Enable Preferences>Show Hidden Properties in the parameters pane option menu (the lined/hamburder button in the top corner, or right-click the tab) and look in the Currently Used group with the minimum amount of pose applied to get the issue to show and look for Properties with names related to the thigh/upper leg or with a character name in their label - try zeroing them as you find them and see if they bumps go away (try everything,at least thing you fint is likely to be a legitimate corrective morph from the base figure that should be there)
Daz to Unreal Bridge [Materials - Plugin FIX - Morph Exporting - Smooth Meshes FIX]Thank you. I managed to get the Plug-In running. The items which show up in Daz Central as "My Compatible Assets" work better, but in the case of environments, they still have a lot of issues.
Anyways, since it was not an easy task to get the Plug-In working in UE 4.26 and transfer an Environment and the fact that there are still many things to fix afterwards, i wonder if the marketing is not a bit too euphoric for this Workflow / Solution.[Released] RSSY Clothing Converter from Genesis 2 Female to Genesis 3 Female [Commercial]RiverSoftArt said:

Hello RiverSoft Art. I created a thread about my issue in the Technical Help forum, and another user gave me a link to your thread here in the Daz PA Commercial Products forum so I could share my issue with you. I purchased the Clothing Converter from Genesis 8 Female to Genesis 3 Female and the RSSY Clothing Converter from Genesis 2 Female to Genesis 3 Female a long time ago, but I've only recently started to use these two utilities. Early yesterday morning, I converted Jungle Girl for Genesis 2 Female(s) with the RSSY Clothing Converter from Genesis 2 Female to Genesis 3 Female, and I had no problems fitting the converted clothing to a few Genesis 3 Female figures. But now, for whatever reason, the converted clothing doesn't fit to Genesis 3 Female anymore. I've watched your tutorial on YouTube about your Clothing Converter from Genesis 3 Female to Genesis 8 Female, and I've followed the steps you describe, but the problem persists.
I've attached two screenshots of this error below. I've applied a geoshell to Genesis 3 Female so there is no nudity in this thread. And I've also attached a screenshot of the files I converted. Do you know what might be going on? If you respond after I leave for work, I'll try to respond back later today or tomorrow.
That is weird. I am not sure what is going on there. The conversion morph is dialed in? It almost looks like there is a scaling problem going on, where the clothing has been scaled to a smaller figure. I will ask @Sickleyield
@Sickleyield says you should try "to do an edit--rigging--transfer rigging/figure space from scene tab, selecting figure first and clothing second, and see if that fixes it." Otherwise, she doesn't know either.
