Finlay Hair G3M not showing up in downloads

Hi

I could not get the Helpdesk to work for me right now so I thought I would try here.....

I have just purchased the Gianni 7 ProBundle and went to download all of the items ( manual download is all I use ) and when I got to Finlay hair, only the hair for G2M was available, NOT the G3M version .

Anyboby else have this issue ?

I will try the helpdesk again later and hope it will cooperate :-)

Edit: I tried helpdesk in Firefox and it worked ( dont know why it did'nt in IE , but hey ... ) so hopefully it will be solved soon :-)

    All I've received is a notice that they have received my request.. and still no G3M version in downloads, but hopefully soon :-)

    Same issue here too. G2M is there, but not G3M version.

    Me as well. Very annoying.

    Waiting for a reply beyond confirmation that the ticket is in the system and DAZ'll get back to me.

    The system has, I'm told, been given a kick - try again in an hour or so, to allow time for the change to propagate

    So is the Finlay included with Giovanni 7 Pro bundle for Genesis 3 or for both G3M and G2M?

    I just checked and the Finlay hair was included in the downloads when I bought Giovanni 7.

    But I guess the Exo suit was not there because I just found it today. Unless it was an update.
