Free Sale confusion

It says

  • Buy any of these new products - I bought the product
  • Get these three products for free through DAZ Connect - Went into DAZ Connect and can't find them.

How do I do this?

    Did you "buy" the free products with the new item? You had to put them in your cart at the same time.

    This i what it says on the sales page:

     

    BUY ANY “FREE WEEKEND” NEW RELEASE FROM BELOW & GET

    • FEATURED FREE NEW RELEASES through Daz Connect!

     

    So I bought an item in the store and then opened DAZ connect to get the free stuff, and now it want's me to pay for it.

    They say it on the sales page, just some millimeters below your screenshot.

    In your case, I´d open a support ticket and ask sales for help
