I can't get the UI for 4.9 Pro to look like 4.9 Beta

The menu items I'm used ot seeing are missing in 4.9 Pro. Create is gone, and Window only gives me Panes.

    Try switching to a different layout and then back to the layout you want in Window > Workspace.
