Thanks for reminding me. Sorry, got distracted on a new project. The remaining updated versions have now all been uploaded and I updated the list of links on the first page of the thread.

Is it necessary to download these updates for DS 4.9, I only have the original copies that were Christmas Freebies..what does this fix?
No, you don't need these updates for 4.9. These presets should work just fine in 4.9 In my tests they look a little better in 4.9 than they did in 4.8 but they don't require an real changes to look their best in 4.9
The reason for these updates is that I made a mistake when uploading some of these freebies to Daz and gave away some older, unfinished versions of these characters. The main presets are fine it's some of the character's make-up options and the men's options that have the wrong settings applied to them. So I uploaded the right versions to my Deviant account so people can have access to them.
Ok thanks if the ones I have are good to go I won't d/l these ones as I like being able to use DIM to install
