Fixed -- My 3d handles/manipulators disappeared

The little arrow things that let you scale an object aren't showing and I need to know how to turn them back on.

EDIT:  Hide 3d manipulators was enabled at the top left for some reason.

    Hitting the space bar will also toggle visibility of the manipulators ;-)
