I've got Smay's leather body suit and would love some new textures for it ,but I have yet to upgrade to Studio 4.8 with Iray. Can someone please tell me if this product will work without Iray?

Like all iray textures, they technically *do* work without iray since texture maps, spec maps, etc can be transferred. However, it's the specific material settings that won't transfer over.
I have a question of my own though: Does this product come with material zones or is it a flat texture like the previous leather suit and sci-fi suit releases?
There's only one material zone for the entire suit, if that's what you're asking.
Yes :( I love the suits in his product line, but the lack of zones is heartbreaking.
Thanks mtl1 and vwrangler for your responses. In some instances I've purchased an Iray product on the assumtion that there were textures that could be used in said material zones but instead found only the displacement, normal, and transparency maps. This one comes to mind http://www.daz3d.com/cheerleaders-kit-for-genesis-3-female-s In order to get that "DallasCowboy" look I had to use shaders were the original textures weren't working in 3delight.
That is actually quite strange. Displacement/normal/transparency maps, as well as the diff maps, are universal too, so getting an outfit to work in 3delight should be as simple as choosing the appropriate maps and altering a few other settings. Unless, of course, the product has some interesting spec/top coat values -- which is improbable as it's just fabric...?
I don't have the cheerleader outfit in question, so I can only speculate.
I agree which is why I wasn't worried about buying a product with Iray attached to the desciption...big mistake https://www.dropbox.com/s/ygs822zo05kjssw/Cheerleaders textures.png?dl=0 it's happened on 1 other occasion with Luthbelina's "Savage Hunter for Genesis2 Male" I've only got one computer with a Nvidia graphics card so the jump to Iray wasn't a practical one.
