No More Live Phone Support?

Called yesterday and got their overflow person that can help you submit a ticket which may take 3-4 days to get answered. Called again just now, overflow person, who tells me she has no idea of their hours of operation or if they even have a support line anymore. Does DAZ still do the price match, like if I just bought a product yesterday that went on sale today can I get refunded the price I paid yesterday, as well as my coupon, to repurchase it? And how do I go about doing that if the product is only on sale this weekend? Plus, is there a way to search the forums? I haven't figured that out either.

Good Luck with th support ticket. I put a Item in for support and I have not heard a word since July 2015 even though I keep asking inquiries to. Chirstina Galloway the girl I have contact with through the support. She keeps telling me she has heard nothing from the QA deptment .. "what ever that is?"...lol I had even started a thread on the issue that others also have reported..its to bad too because I really like this model. I just wish to get the bug fixed or a work around So I'm guessing they hope if they ignore me I'll just go away... BTNHATS.

Price-match still applies, unless there's a no-refund sale in progress and you bought under that - which isn't currently the case. I'm not entirely sure about the coupon though.
Forum search is currently not showing in the top bar, though it is debatable how much of a loss that is: you can use Google and restrict the search by adding site:www.daz3d.com/forums to your search terms.

I've been putting in support tickets for the gift card snafu (where it issues too many codes and they are bogus) and support has answered me within a day at the most.
But seriously, QA should be in the dropdown, they do a questionable job on some products, don't get back to people- sometimes ever- and should be the ones to deal with the messes they allow through.
Would be awesome if they had an online chat option, now that they no longer have phone support. Miss the old days when I could call and they would handle it right away.
With all that is going wrong with the shop/cart/forums lately, I wonder why I bother to still look in... then you get a nice mail asking to participate in a survey from DAZ that promises a $5 coupon ... until you try to use the coupon and constantly get the error message 'coupon not valid'. (with a PA product and a DAZ original in the cart, plus the PC+ freebie)
In short, I am really not happy with the way this company is treating its customers lately... you can stick the $5 where the sun doesn't shine and I emptied my cart.
Everyone should follow the same example... if it doesn't work correctly, dump the crud out of your cart.
I actually got a response quicker than I thought I would and they gave me the difference in the price of the product. So I'm happy at this point. I spent hours yesterday though trying to get Genesis 2 to work in Poser Pro 2014. The figure loaded just fine then the application lagged so bad I couldnt do anthing else. Found a fix and I'm really happy now!
It has been years and years since they did actual customer service by phone. I know 5 or 6 years ago I called and it was clearly a call center that basicaly took down the information and said someone will get back to you by email.
Wow, then it's been a lot longer than I thought since I last called, lol.
