Shading Domains Window Nowhere To Be Found

I am following along with a video tutorial. There are faces selected and then the presenter clicks on Window >> Shading domains and the shading domains window appears. When I do this the window does not appear. I can see the checkbox getting checked and unchecked as I toggle it, but no window is appearing.

Any idea why I am not getting the shading domain window to appear?

    This is a visual bug in that some dynamic/dockable windows won't popup correctly. To "fix" it, all you have to do is activate another window or click on the title bar of another dockable window. The desired window will popup. If you activate more than one dockable window from that list, like the materials window, the windows will stack on top of each other, but you can reposition them with the mouse or dock them as you please. They will popup minimized, btw.
