New Email big mess

After changing my email because I could no longer access the old one,  DIM reverted to my C drive and said none of my products were installed. I finally figured out how to fix and all the products showed up. But when I went to Daz some but not all of my products appear. Mostly the older ones show up. I am having to go into DIM and uninstall and reinstall to get them to work. Is the problem with DIM or STUDIO? DIM directs me to studio and pulls up the name, then I get a "can't find product message." What do I need to do to fix this and why only some products showing. BTW I uninstalled and reinstalled Studio to see if that would help. I also noticed that when I click on the icon to show the installed files in DIM, it doesn't work. Not sure if that is a choice or  something wrong. It also downloads into install rather than downloading and installing all at once.

Did you create a new account in DIM? That would have had the default settings, and if you use a non-default isntall path DS wouldn't have known about it. You can edit account details in DIM if it isn't the current default account, so create  a dummy account and make it the default, then update the real one.

I entered a new email but didn't have to change the password. I didn't remove the current DIM. I went into settings at top right and changed the path to D drive and then all my installs appeared. The problem seems to be with only some of them appearing in Studio. Is there a studio setting related to DIM that needs to be changed?

DS and DIM don't use the same paths, so if DIM was for a while installing to a path DS isn't checking then it won't see the content there unless you also add that location as a Daz Studio content directory, or reinstal the products using the paths that are now working.
