Any G1F morphs that also has a G3F version?

Is there a celebrity morph for G1F that also exists for G3F? Especially the head morph.

    Any particular celebrity? Why do you need a morph that specifically exists in G1 and G3?

    For my next project I want to do a story within a story. I'm going to have G3 characters who are going to represent "real" people. One of them is going to be an athor / illustrator. He is going to take the things that happen to him and his associates and write a story about it.

    See attached image. The character on the right is suppose to represent a real person and the character on the left is to be a fictional version of that person.
