Where was this note? I didn't know there was a place to read notes. I saw it in DIM and downloaded it without thinking it might remove something. (Not that I care about stock nipple apply/remove dufs.)

The note is in the product's online readme file. You can access it easily from DIM by clicking on the little circled i on the product update line in DIM. Daz often doesn't bother to update the readme to show what changed. In this case, they did.
Honestly, what's the point of removing the DUFs from the MB Daniella character when it only acts like a shortcut to the nipple morph?
I checked some Magic Brush teen characters and it's inconsistent. Either you're missing the navel, nipple or both DUFs.
I thought you were talking about some announcement source. I didn't even think to look at the readme when I saw there was an update.
It's not like you can't apply nipples and navels from the basic anatomy.do DAZ Boy kids have nipples? I know I can look but since I rarely render kids and always clothed, I honestly never thought about it

If the shop pulled textures or gen morphs from the product I'd assume it's more for liability reasons. If end users add their own, that's on the end users, but if they're officially sold together it's probably hazier. Magic Brush has some cool characters and great clothing designs, but many dubiously youthful faces - curators probably made the right call to err on the side of caution. Though the bundled clothing has reveal morphs so whoknows.

Product's Readme page. Clicking (i) icon in DIM brings you to the product's Readme page on Daz. When there's an update, sometimes they list changes with the date (sometimes they don't).
Today, two other products (Lights Manager and Scene Optimizer got updates, and they were for Daz 6 compatibility). I'm guessing there's more, I just don't own them.
Switch to Source and remove the extra blocckquotes.
Frankly, I find the child figures with makeup options far more disturbing
I figured there was a pricing glitch when I saw how big the discounts were on the FA selection right after changeover. This happens sometimes.

Early this morning I was seeing 80% Off stickers on lots of things, which didn't seem to have that effect in the cart, so not sure what was up. Today's multi-layered multi-category couponless wishlist Stack Up promotion on top of the usual Golden Ticket promotion seems pretty ideal for shenanigans.
I've seen a couple of days recently in which deals like what I saw right after Daz midnight stuck around all day but yeah, the prices of items in my cart from last night did adjust upward by the morning. The discounts dropped just a notch - I might still pick up a few things.
For less than an hour I would say, yersterday discount were applied on top of today's discount (yesterday tile was still visible on the front page), so instead of having a 55% base discount, the most recent selection had two 55% discount applied together (which is close to a 80% total discount) while two 65% discounts is close to a 88% discount and the double 80% discount to a 96% discount.
Then, someone at Daz disabled yesterday offers so for a time but before the cache update was done, the shop still showed the wrong discount while the cart showed the intended one (tthe cart is never cached so will always pull the most up-to-date price).
Ooh, that makes sense. Glitch sales like that are awesome from a shoppers' pov but they must be rough on the PAs. I've imagined someday making stuff for the store and the thought of it selling for 96% off, and splitting half of the last 4% with the shop, and a third of that half with the tax man, is unfortunately a bit off putting. :P
I own most of mal3imagery's products, and while their products are usually excellent, they have released exactly one business suit, which is for Genesis 8/8.1 and was released back in 2022, . They have not released any business clothes for Genesis 9, and have released a grand total of 5 male casual outfits, though it looks like more since many of those have been released in seperate G8 and G9 version with seperate texture sets. They're a great vendor in terms of quallity, but when one compares their output to the multiple vendors who release a new lingerie outfit every week and have catalogs of hundreds of them, it only serves to demonstrate how weirdly imbalanced the DAZ store has become.
And yet there's an entire multi-billion dollar industry devoted to exactly that now, with national TV shows and both child and stage mom "celebrities." People are weird.
I was referring mostly to Quadraw321's child characters. Some of them have appropriate child "face paints": bright colors in floral and animal designs. But others are far more adult-styled with night-out eye shadows and eye liners.
Thankfully none of them are that Tammy Faye Baker wannabe beauty queen stuff, which is what cybersox I believe was referring to.
He has a G9 tuxedo and waistcoat outfit on his site, along with several other things he never put on here. I doubt I'd be allowed to link to it, but it's his vendor name .com.

I think it's rough for Daz... At least, if I were a PA and Daz did some blunder with my products, I would charge them... It wouldn't be my fault... If they don't pay, no wonder there have been some exits recently...

Hmm. That does explain why he's practically dropped off the store except for that one water-drop set. A few nice items but, yowzah, not at prices I'm ready to buy on speculation. I'll keep them in mind until I already have a specific need.
I just checked today what they did with MB Danniella. The nipple preset is definitely gone. They also removed the nipples from the body/skin texture material.
If the PA or Daz is going to go this route, do it for all the kid/teen characters available in the store.
I imagine selling clothing for G9 for males was made especially more difficult because someone couldn't even search to find the products easily unless you knew to search for a specific vendor, there is not even a way to search for G9 masculine clothes. There's just a single checkbox for G9. For G8 at least you can search for G8M, and see all the male clothes easily, and the few good PAs that catered to that niche probably did ok because of that. Then G9 comes around and its like why even bother. I'm not surprised a PA would leave after that. No one can even find the male clothes without scrolling forever unless they know exactly what they are looking for. And I don't think Daz has ever once even had a special male clothing day, not even on fathers day. Its really just ladies first every day.
Type "male suit" into the store search bar and limit it to G9 and you get 46 hits. 4 of them are decidedly feminine. The rest are male clothing.
Type "male pants" and you get 45 hits. 2 of them are feminine, only a handful are the same as the male suit search.
"Male shirt" is 61 hits and 3 are feminine.
"Male outfit" is 193 for G9. 8-10 aren't particularly masculine.
They really aren't hard to find. There just aren't a lot of them.
Switching to G8/8.1, the numbers in each category are 2-4 times greater.
frankthetank is right though, there is no definitive way to browse all the male clothing for G9 the way there is for G8, G3, G2. Thats a pretty big deal for me because lots of times I just want to browse all the male content to get ideas. Also with your examples you're just seeing a subset of items that happen to have the words male suit, or male pants, etc. but you have no way to know whether that search is even picking up all the relevant content for your searches because maybe the PA didn't call them pants, maybe he called them slacks, jeans, loungewear, corduroys, sweats, etc. Maybe he didn't even use the term male, but instead used the term masculine or mens etc.
I spent hours filtering items, then the code stopped working, and that's when I saw that tiny message: "discount excludes new, daz+".
I have nothing to say, except for what I can't say.
