How do I use the Product Library?

  From which version to which version? It may well be a setting/preferenes difference, a screenshot and a description of what (or some of the things) you are wanting to do and can't would be helpful.

  Hello Richard. 

  It was a long time ago I used it, so I can't give a screen shot. But I would simply enter the name of the item, press search (I think) and it I bought it, it would appear to the left with download links. But when I choose to go there now, there are more items to answer and I still do not know how to use it.

  It's pretty straighforward.  By default, instead of listing your latest purchases by name on the left side, it now list them as icons or as a list on the right side.  Click a product icon to get info and download links for the product. 

  Combine search and filters to find the products and categories you are looking for. 

  It looks though as the pagination bar at the bottom is missing or hidden in FireFox, so the video here is recorded in Edge:
