Favorites action to open a product?

I know how to set up custom actions to load or run individual assets, but is it possible to create an action that will open a product in the smart content tab? I am using the "Easy FilaToon" product extensively and it would be nice to have a single click jump to it.
As a work around I have added actions for the most used assets in the product but it would be nice to just open the product itself.

No, but you could add the base folder under Daz Studio Formats (which with sahder products is often more useful than the category-ordered product view anyway).
The easier way: open the product folder in Conent Library by adding Custom Action to the Easy Filatoon main folder. Add it to Favorites menu item. It can bring you to the product in Content Library.
If you DO need to get the product in Smart Content, use the below code in Script IDE, save the script to your Script folder. Then add Custom Action with the script to your Favorites menu.
