Can somebody tell me what daz character is this based of, character, body textures, morphs, etc?

No idea, but you might want to delete the ones where nipples are showing as nudity isn't allowed on the forum.
Where is the character from? An AVN?
Would be my guess, without context of some sort it's next to impossible to identify the character.
Yeah, ixnay on the ipplesnay. The U.S. is a country where innocent babes should never be exposed to naked breasts.
That said, it looks rather like an aged-up version of Tri X's "TX Salty Courtney" to me, though it could just as easily be a completely original dial-up.

Unfortunately, characters are almost never identifiable from an image unless very little modification has been done and they're either a core character or from a prolific vendor with a recognisable style. (Even then you often need the context of publication date or other clues that can help nail down which base figure it's on).
Anyway, given the proportions she has in the image, she's almost certainly had some modification done (characters of those proportions aren't normally sold here), which means that it's entirely possible her face is a mix of morphs as well, at which point it basically equates to impossible.
Aged up? Salty Courtney looks older than this
Depends on the promo image you're looking at. The one of her in the white top and black skirt does look older, but in most of them Salty looks mature but doesn't have the mileage, with the eyebags and wrinkles are subltler on Salty whereas they're more pronounced on this character, and this woman having a big more sag in several areas. Anyway, she's the only one I could think of that was in the ballpark based on the three sample images provided, and I'm sure that whatever the actual base was, it's had more than a little bit of tweaking.
That face is definitely V3D Gigi or some other customized V3D formula.
They'll starve!!
