  It's a known issue. If you have "all" chosen at "Items per page" on your main store page, it removes the pages links at the bottom for the main store page and... for the product library as well. If you choose 50 or 120 on your main store page, and then go to product library, you will have page numbers at the bottom to browse your library allowing you to browse it.

  You can use this one (free) to create an offline product library with all products on one page and advanced search features, just check "Get Product Library Pages" only when downloading product data.

  If you use the dropdown to change Items Viewed to 20, you will see the page number links at the bottom. You can then change back to 40, if you want. But if you close the Product Library tab, you'll need to do this again.
