    Thanks @Faeryl_Woman I had installed it and after your post realized I had not seen it in Smart Content. I reopened DIM and while the data and support files installed, environments and runtime are in italics and apparently did not. You are right these should be in props but this is not the first set of products I have seen in the past few days with really screwy metadata.

    Edit to add: I have submitted a Customer Service Request:  #50066

    it's been updated, but the textures aren't being found in the metadata nor by the assets inside DAZ.

    I put AK Unruly Hair for Genesis 9, the Daily HoliDaz Deal from Art Ken, in my cart and his dForce AK Vibrant Hair for Genesis 9 only gets the 35% off, not the "extra 20% off HoliDaz Artist items" discount.

    The second update has the textures installed. Without opening Daz Studio, I think we are good to go now. My thanks to those who were working on Saturday.

    Has anyone managed to get the Khloe for Kristina premium content to appear yet? I've refeshed metadata a few times now and wondering if it is bugged or I'm doing something wrong.

    I think you have to log into DAZ from within Studio. I've never added any of the Premier characters so I'm not sure.

    Yes  you have to be logged in to Daz so it can verify your Premier status

    Khloe = as most time with that premier bonus characters: she is not availabe yet. And as most time I think she will be in your product library within the next two or three days.

    It's also possible to check on Daz3D.com Product Library: https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files

    Bonus characters do appears here, once they are available: if a bonus shape is not visible in Daz Studio or in your product library, you can only report the problem and wait for Daz to deploy a fix.

    When I posted my previous message, Ludovic was sold for $3.99 but it is now fixed (it's currently have the expected 30% discount for a new release).

    QG glitches (late appearance) are almost every week occurrences :-) Usually the new items are missing but the old items are no longer showing - so it's unusual the old items are still there.

    Far more concerning is the missing legacy freebies - they always change every fortnight on a Friday except for a temporary problem Christmas time. I hope DAZ have not decided to do away with the fortnightly legacy freebies permanently since I really look forward to them. There's been mention, like Christmas time, that maybe the legacy freebies are missing because we have received new freebies (e.g. beach ball and deck chair) instead but the new freebies amaount to about 6 individual assets - the legacy freebies we're missing amount to 10-12 full items like characters, clothing, hair, interiors or assets sets that can each conmtain more assets than the entirety of the Christmas in July freebies added up. :-(

    Yes, they used to be weekly occurrences back in April and earlier. Since May, though, there actually have been no glitches, and the QG renewed regularly and on time, shortly after UTC midnight on Monday (which is some 6 hours before Daz midnight, so for people in the US it was Sunday evening). This week is the first week since May when QG did not rollover on that schedule.

    Because it's past UTC midnight, Daz midnight, and Daz midday, and in the past, that's the point when QG does not happen unless a mod nudges Daz people.

    In general, the moderators know as much as you or I. The difference is when they ask someone inside Daz, they generally get a quick answer.

    The scaling discounts on “Exquisite New Releases” artist stores doesn’t seem to be working as indicated. Items from the featured artist stores show the same price with and without 3 Exquisite new releases in the cart.

    I'm seeing the same thing as @cheard

    I have 3 "Exquisite" New Releases in my Cart, but the 4th product, "Environment Set Splitter" (from the "Exquisite" Artist Stores) is not showing the "Extra 40% off* with 3 or more "Exquisite" New Releases".

    It was working earlier, I am told, and has been fixed now. 

    On the items apparently not discounted - try adding them to cart, the one I tested was correct in cart even if the product page was wrong.
