Left Elbow Issue on G8 Character

Recently one of my saved characters has had this feature appear on her left elbow, does anyone know what could cause this issue & how to fix it? It's only the one character

In Parameters > Preference > enable 'Show hidden properties'.

Then click on currently used.

I expect it will be one of the morphs you then will see.
