Smart Content stopped working

My Smart Content for G8.1F stopped working. How do I fix it?

    You see no G8 Starter Essentials product in Smart Content... or you cannot load G8.1F into the scene ?
    What about other assets ? 

    Can you explain more or post a screenshot ?

    I uninstalled and re-installed everything. Took two days but it solved the problem. Thank you.
