CMS stopped working

The cms stopped working. I tried reinstalling in using DIM it shows in my installed pane in DIM as -1bytes. It's currently on a local drive.

    At the very least that souinds like a corrupted manifest file. Had you recently reinstalled PostgreSQL?

    yes but only after it stopped working

    theres no manifest for it. its not there. i looked

    I still can't get it to work so I'm gonna try restarting my computer. It's my last ditch effort before I throw up my hands

    Nope. Didn't work. This is so freaking FRUSTRATING!!!!! ITS DRIVING ME UP THE FREAKING WALL!!!!!!!!!!

    PostgreSQL should have a manifest in the manifests Archive, assuming you installed through DIM. Otherwise DIM wouldn't know to show it as installed.
